Blocks
Build your form from any combination of field blocks. Most fields support Required and Half width (two adjacent half-width fields share a row on desktop).
| Block | What it does |

| Text | A single-line text field. Set its Label. |
| One per form, always included and required; the form can't send without it. | |
| Phone | A phone number field. |
| Multi-line text | A larger text area, for messages. |
| Checkbox | A single checkbox with a label, e.g. for marketing consent. |
| Multiple choice | A set of radio button options, with a Label and up to three Option fields. |
| Dropdown | A select menu, with a Label and up to five Option fields. |
