Squiggle & Code provides applications (“Apps”) to merchants who use Shopify to build and extend their online store. This Privacy Policy provides detailed information on how data is collected, used, and shared when you install or use our apps on your Shopify store. In this Privacy Policy “we”, “us” or “our” means Squiggle & Code, ABN – 38 661 002 785.
Information we collect
Installing our apps gives access to certain information from your Shopify account. A list of this information can be found on the Apps install screen in Shopify, or in your Shopify settings.
We do not collect any customer, or order information.
How we use the information?
The information we collect is used to provide our Apps functionality. We collect the minimum amount of information required for our Apps to function.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We may disclose information to: Third-party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) data storage, web-hosting and server providersOur employees, contractors and/or related entities.Third parties to collect and process data, such as Google Analytics. This may include parties that store data outside of AustraliaBy providing us with information, you consent to the disclosure of your information to third parties who reside outside Australia and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that those third parties comply with Australian privacy laws.
How long do we store your information for?
Your data is stored whilst our Apps are installed on your Shopify store. Within 72 hours of uninstalling our app, your information will be deleted.
International merchants
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your information outside the country you live in, including Australia. Your information may also be processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in these countries.
Amendments
We may, at any time and at our discretion, change this Privacy Policy by publishing the amended Privacy Policy on https://squiggleandcode.com/apps-privacy-policy. We recommend you check https://squiggleandcode.com/apps-privacy-policy regularly to ensure you are aware of our current Privacy Policy.
